Simon is a qualified personal trainer and movement specialist with over 15 years’ experience helping people rebuild strength, resilience, and confidence in their bodies. His philosophy is simple: “Movement is Medicine.”
After losing his leg in a road accident, Simon discovered first-hand how powerful movement can be in recovery, both physically and mentally. This experience drives his passion for showing others that movement isn’t about punishment or chasing numbers in the gym—it’s about freedom, healing, and adding quality years to life.
