he Kitchen Detox is where my business began, and it remains one of the most powerful ways to create immediate change. Your kitchen is the heart of your home — what you keep there shapes your health every single day. In this two-hour, hands-on service, we’ll work together to clear what no longer serves you, reorganise your space, and restock it with nourishing essentials. This isn’t just about food — it’s about setting up your environment so that making good choices becomes simple and natural. During your Standard Kitchen Detox, you’ll benefit from: • A full clear-out of unhelpful foods and products. • Reorganisation of your kitchen for flow and simplicity. • Replacement with real, nourishing, seasonally appropriate foods. • A reset that empowers you to eat and live in line with your health goals. 💡 Perfect if you want a focused transformation of your kitchen, with clear, lasting impact. Policy Summary: All Kitchen Detox bookings are paid in full at booking. Non-refundable. Rescheduling requires at least 72 hours’ notice. Travel limited to 20 miles of Chichester.
Cancellation Policy
Your time and my time are both valuable. To ensure fairness for all clients and to keep my schedule running smoothly, the following policy applies to all services: Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: no fee. • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment: 50% of the fee will be charged. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (or non-attendance): the full fee will be charged. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment once without charge if done more than 24 hours in advance. • Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation. Packages • For clients on packages, a missed or late-cancelled session will count as one session used. Kitchen Detox • Due to the time and preparation required, cancellations within 72 hours of a Kitchen Detox booking are charged at 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. Refunds • All bookings are non-refundable. Where eligible, credits will be applied toward a future appointment. Illness or Emergencies • I understand unexpected situations happen. If illness, family emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate genuine emergencies with compassion.
