Tailored to you, this is your ultimate guide to good health. My support exceeds your 1 hour zoom consultation. I am here to answer questions or struggles via email or text following your meeting with me. I suggest booking a follow up appointment to discuss your progress and smooth out any bumps in the road 2-4 weeks after your initial consultation, another at  2 months is usually necessary. If you have a chronic illness, you have been suffering for many years and you need a higher level of support or you would simply prefer an in person consultation. I also offer a comprehensive home visit within a 50 mile radius to chichester in west sussex. You can explore what this involves on the home visit link.
