Cancellation Policy
Your time and my time are both valuable. To ensure fairness for all clients and to keep my schedule running smoothly, the following policy applies to all services: Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: no fee. • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment: 50% of the fee will be charged. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (or non-attendance): the full fee will be charged. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment once without charge if done more than 24 hours in advance. • Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation. Packages • For clients on packages, a missed or late-cancelled session will count as one session used. Kitchen Detox • Due to the time and preparation required, cancellations within 72 hours of a Kitchen Detox booking are charged at 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. Refunds • All bookings are non-refundable. Where eligible, credits will be applied toward a future appointment. Illness or Emergencies • I understand unexpected situations happen. If illness, family emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate genuine emergencies with compassion.
