I will do prior investigation on the best local places to source healthy and affordable food and take you shopping! ensuring you dont get lured in by clever supermarket layouts. Although i will include handy tips to navigate supermarkets when you have to.

Cancellation Policy – The Kitchen Detox
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of £50 as it is unlikely I will then be able to offer that time slot to another customer.
To avoid a fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
